Providing essential commissioning skills and complementing the construction team to allow the smooth delivery of all projects.

We advise that where required our managers are involved with the project prior to construction. This allows an insight in to all aspects.

Providing services such as

  • Commissioning program production and review
  • Direct communication with the construction and MEP teams
  • Commissioning design review and comment
  • Weekly/ monthly site meetings, to review the commissioning program and site progress.
  • Production of weekly/monthly site reports
  • Review of commissioning documentation
  • Arrangement of all client witnessing to all mechanical, electrical and life safety systems (if required)
  • Review and comment to all Risk assessments and method statements.

Our management packages can range from a monthly day rate charge, to full project cost agreed prior to all works being carried out.
