Job Summary

SwitchSafe Environmental is a Commissioning Management and Water Treatment Service Company. We have an experienced team of engineers working throughout the country and require an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to assist our busy and growing Bristol office.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Answering telephones take detailed messages with contact number names etc
  • When asked, take minutes upon directors’ meetings.
  • Sending kit off for calibration and logging this on a tracker
  • Uniform ordering seasonally
  • Looking after the fleet of vehicles including booking in for service/mot/tax
  • File time sheets for staff
  • Book in employee training log and track
  • File certificates for office maintenance/organising office maintenance
  • Order stationary keep the stock updated inc sample bottles
  • Booking hotels for staff
  • Adding vacancies online
  • Compiling reports
  • Creating signage when needed
  • Updating holiday trackers
  • Updating social media
  • Update SwitchSafe website when needed
  • Document control
  • Control petty cash

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Keen eye for detail – able to spot and rectify mistakes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Computer literate, particularly with Excel and Word.
  • Plan, prioritise and organise workloads.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to all staff members.
